Warranty:
CuddleBags come with a 10-year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on both the cover and inner liner. Please contact us directly for any warranty claims at [email protected]. CuddleBag will pay to ship the replaced item back to you. The great news is that while our warranty is the best in the business, we very rarely have any warranty problems. Note: Warranty does not cover products used for commercial use.
Washability:
Almost all CuddleBag covers can be machine washed and tumble dried on low. Fox Furr and Long Fur products should be air dried and not put into the dryer.
Shipping:
Currently 95% of all orders ship in 2 business days or less. All items are shipping via UPS Ground due to the large size/weight of the packages.
